Permanent vinyl is used on all customised items except for the icy pole holders and stubby holders.

In addition to the colours listed in the PDF below we also offer:

Some colours may not be in stock when you place an order.
If so, we will suggest another colour or what the lead time is on getting the desired colour.

Heat transfer vinyl
Heat transfer vinyl is used on all stubby holders ,icy pole holders, flower girl top and satin robe.

ALL ORDERS ARE CREATED IN OUR SOR WELLARD LOCATION!


SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
We use Australia Post for all shipping (Parcel Post or Express Post).


IN-STORE PICK UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the above local pickup locations.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days.

ALL NOR ORDERS GET PICKED UP ON FRIDAYS BY  COURIER WE DO NOT GET GIVEN ANY TIMES OF PICKED UP FROM WELLARD TO TRANSPORT  TO NOLLAMARA.
IF YOU ORDER AFTER THE DRIVER HAS BEEN AND NEED YOUR ORDER URGENTLY THERE IS AN EXTRA FEE.

PLEASE NOTE FOR EXPRESS TO NOR WILL INCUR A FEE THAT WILL BE INVOICED TO YOU.

Our in-store pickup hours are listed on our home page.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
PLEASE NOTE IF ORDERS AREN'T COLLECTED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF PURCHASE THERE WILL BE A HOLDING FEE DUE TO NON COLLECTION.

STORE POLICIES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mcreations28@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


RETURNS

All purchases made on our site are final sale. As our products are custom made with your desired designs, we do not accept returns. Once a design is agreed upon between you and Mcreations, and production has started, the order is non refundable.

WE DO NOT REFUND POSTAGE COSTS. 

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Simply add items to cart you wish to purchase. Once you have head to checkout and enter your shipping address.
